Spread Eagle fun Competition 11^th Dec 2019 - A Picture in a Picture

You can find out about the annual Spread Eagle "competition" here. Following a

number of year's of judging by Nick Harris ("the landlord") this year it was our new

landlady, Sandy's turn to choose her 12 favourite photos for display in the pub

throughout the following year. Her task was made more difficult as the theme (a

Picture within a Picture) had been chosen by Nick, her predecessor. As you can

see below our members interpreted the theme in very many different ways. You

can find the winners on display in the frame to the LH side of the main bar in the

Spread Eagle.

The winners were :

1st Prize : "Grandaughter" (shown left) by James Leslie

2nd place : “Heaven on earth” by Sarah Cross
